"solvency ratio " is One of many ratios used to measure a company's ability to meet long-term obligations. The solvency ratio measures the size of a company's after-tax income, excluding non-cash depreciation expenses, as compared to the firm's total debt obligations. It provides a measurement of how likely a company will be to continue meeting its debt obligations.
The measure is usually calculated as follows:
Acceptable solvency ratios will vary from industry to industry, but as a general rule of thumb, a solvency ratio of greater than 20% is considered financially healthy. Generally speaking, the lower a company's solvency ratio, the greater the probability that the company will default on its debt obligations. Visit FX Solutions

- The Company:
- A as yet quite unheard of retail forex facilitator established on 1999, FXCM works out of Financial Square 32 Old Slip, New York, NY 10005. FXCM is regulated by NFA - CFTC (USA), FSA (UK), HongKong and BCSC (Canada).
- Features:
- This one's got a unique design explanatory platform and a selection of educational courses. No matter if you're a Chinese, Spanish, Russian or French speaker, you can trade on this multilingual retail online investment forex trading program with great ease and conveniently. If you have thought that you have tons of server open shmutz you're part of the line, best keep looking. This foreign currency exchange platform's downloading methodology is awkwardly designed and is kind of slow. Of more importance though, is the soundly reliable server information transfer. FXCM has a customer support line and twenty four seven service. You should also know, that to be honest, this program's not really about innovation, but instead, it uses the more established intricacies of '02 - '04 platforms. Not that there is anything wrong with that!
- Ups:
- - Beginner Friendly - Twenty Four Seven Trading - Beginner Friendly - Good Regulation
- Downs:
- - High Minimum Deposit - Confusing Options - Download
- Bottom Line:
- A somewhat knotty yet feature full system.
