the "capital reduction " is The process of decreasing a company's shareholder equity through share cancellations and share repurchases. The reduction of capital is done by companies for numerous reasons including increasing shareholder value and producing a more efficient capital structure.
After a capital reduction, the number of shares in the company will decrease by the reduction amount. In some capital reductions, shareholders will receive a cash payment for shares cancelled - but, in other situations, there is minimal impact on shareholders. Visit UFX bank

- FOREX.com:
- FOREX.com was established on 1999, and is a retail ECN foreign exchange facilitator officially addressed at 44 Wall Street, 6th floor, New York, NY 10005.. FOREX.com is regulated by NFA. - Some Specs:
- If you presume that you have piles of externally communication nonsense you're part of the line, you might just pass on this one. This one's local platform is kind of slow and is interfaced messily, but it does produce, though, consistent level of reliability of the server connection. Truth is, FOREX.com isn't awfully innovative, but instead, it uses the more established technology of previous mainstream forexes. Like Seinfeld's crew says: not that there's anything wrong with that! Know, too, that whether you prefer Russian, Arabic, English or Chinese, FOREX.com offers crisp and flowing analysis and decision through its multilingual interface.
